If you are searching the whole Internet for the new Google Homepage(Google bar), your search ends here. Do it by a simple tweak, somewhat similar that we did in YouTube new layout tutorial.
To get it, you just have to Tweak one Google’s Cookie, Do it with the help of Edit This Cookie Google Chrome extension.
After you have Installed it, go to Google and hit the extension's button.
Now go to PREF section and change the value to the following.

Apply the changes and reload the page.
Currently I only know how to do this in Chrome.

Firefox- Download the Firefox add-on named “Advanced Cookie Manager”.
After installing it, hit the add-on button, a new pop-up window will appear.
- Select Google
- Select PREF section
- Change the value to
